Invest in bright futures, donate to our future:
Your donation helps provide transportation, scholarships for uniforms, field trip opportunities, books, and classroom materials for students who need support. This is all going towards our 2026 launch. We are applying for grants, scholarships and will be holding fundraising events.
How Your Contribution Helps:
100% of contributions directly support student programming, including:
Transportation assistance for field trips
Uniform scholarships for families in need
Books and educational materials
Cultural enrichment experiences
Classroom supplies and equipment
Tax Information:
Dashwood Academy Prep is currently in the process of registering as a Washington nonprofit corporation and applying for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS. At this time, contributions are not tax-deductible. We will notify donors when our 501(c)(3) status is approved, and future donations will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We do not currently claim to be a 501(c)(3) but are working to have that done in the next few weeks.
We expect to receive our nonprofit determination by December 28th 2025 at the LATEST.
